Alkali Scientific SecureSeal™ Polyester Sealing Film, 100/pk
Eliminates the “edge effect” which can occur with plate lids (e.g. greater evaporation in the outside plate wells). Provides a secure seal and is easy to remove. Rigid polyester film features good clarity and easy handling. Can be used as a temporary economical seal while awaiting further processing. Features two end-tabs with perforations. Minimizes evaporation, prevents well-to-well contamination and spillage.

AlumaSeal II prevents evaporation, vapor loss, cross contamination, aerosol release and spillage from multiwell PCR or assay plates.This unique sealing foil conforms around individual plate wells to provide a positive and uniform seal. Medical grade adhesive has a thermal stability range of -80°C to 120° C with superior chemical and solvent resistance. AlumaSeal ll eliminates the need for other types of plate sealing methods such as mats, caps or heat sealers. Pre-cut sheets have a 125 x 82 mm sealing area to fit both skirted and non-skirted PCR plates. Removable end tabs allow quick and accurate positioning over plate wells.
